                              OUR COMPLETE WINTERIZATION SERVICE INCLUDES:

1. Shut off main water supply to house and tag.
2. Blow water out of domestic water pipes with compressed air.
3. Drain toilets and fill toilet bolws with NON-TOXIC ANTIFREEZE and tag.
4. Drain water heaters and tag.
5. Replace water in all traps with NON-TOXIC ANTIFREEZE and tag.
6. Shut off main gas supply to house and tag.
7. Shut off gas to appliances and tag.
8. Shut off electrical at main panel and tag.
9. Close are cover craw space vents and tag.
10. Inspect gutters and down spouts.
11. Secure hous and report any damage and post a winterized signs.
